The devil doesn’t just fight your big moments — he fights your consistency. Why? Because consistency builds systems, and systems attract spirits.
• Godly consistency (prayer, worship, scripture, obedience) attracts the Holy Spirit and strengthens your walk.
• Ungodly consistency (habitual sin, compromise, addictions) attracts demonic spirits, until a habit becomes a stronghold.
For example:
• A habit of drinking opens the door to the spirit of drunkenness.
• A habit of lying invites the spirit of deception.
• A habit of anger makes room for the spirit of rage.
That’s why spiritual warfare isn’t only about casting out demons — it’s about breaking ungodly habits and building godly ones.
Consistency is a system.
The devil knows it. God knows it. The question is: Whose system are you feeding?
