Self-awareness is important, but it has its limits.
There are things about ourselves we may never fully recognize without the help of others.
Just as we need a mirror to see our faces, we sometimes need honest feedback to see our blind spots, recognize our strengths, and understand how our actions affect those around us.
Wisdom is not in pretending to know it all; it is in remaining humble enough to learn from the right people.
You can’t see your face without help.
