Today's Thought
Society owes some parents #accolades (awards, appreciation, recognition...) for (good and beneficial training given to) their children (which in turn benefits the society at large);
Some parents owe society an apology for (how) theirs (turned out due to negligence on their part as parents).
The proverbs of Solomon: A wise son brings joy to his father, but a foolish son brings grief to his mother.
Proverbs 10:1 (NIV)
Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one's youth.
Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.
Psalm 127:3-5 (NIV)
