It takes many lies to fill the void created by an absence of Truth.

An honest witness does not deceive, but a false witness pours out lies.
Proverbs 14:5 NIV

Truth is like a beautifully painted house. Any attempt to renovate, defaces it.

“Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
Do not add to his words, or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar
Proverbs 30:5-6 NIV

A knowledge of The Truth liberates.

For if you embrace the truth, it will release true freedom into your lives.”
John 8:32 TPT

It pays to commit to Truth, The Whole Truth and nothing but The Truth.

To deny The Truth is to wholeheartedly embrace a lie;
and there are many of them.

Truth IS a Person.

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.
John 14:6 NLT

In thinking about the notion of motion, it occurred to me that every human being is a walking musical instrument of some sort.

We generate sounds that mostly go unheard or unnoticed.

Be it the heart beat, the blood racing and pouring through a complex network of veins, the constant vibration of the skin or the air flow in and out of the nostrils; there's always motion happening even if we don't see or feel it.

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body
and knit me together in my mother’s womb.

Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.

Psalm 139:13-14 NLT

Though the earth is in constant motion, we are like passengers on a plane shielded from the sheer pressure of its speed; we barely notice.

That said, it's risky to be on one spot in a moving world; that's actually retrogression for the one not dead.

Living things move.

A life of purpose is like harmonious music to the Maker's ears.

Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord!
Praise the Lord!

Psalm 150:6 NLT

Your daily actions are like fruits
from the tree of your beliefs.

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

“Eat and drink!” he says to you, but his heart is not with you.

Proverbs 3:25 NKJV

Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

If you do it well for free,

You can do it better for a fee.

The money brought to the Temple was not used for making silver bowls, lamp snuffers, basins, trumpets, or other articles of gold or silver for the Temple of the Lord. It was paid to the workmen, who used it for the Temple repairs. No accounting of this money was required from the construction supervisors, because they were honest and trustworthy men.

2 Kings 12:13‭-‬15 NLT

Do you see any truly competent workers? They will serve kings rather than working for ordinary people.

Appreciate acquaintances that listen when you speak.

Treasure friends that hear when you are silent.

A dear friend will love you no matter what, and a family sticks together through all kinds of trouble.

Proverbs 17:17 TPT

The ones that hear when you are silent, are truly listening when you speak.

But all His acquaintances, and the women who followed Him from Galilee, stood at a distance, watching these things.

Darkness can't stand light;
sometimes, people rejecting you has absolutely nothing to do with you.

“Wicked people rebel against the light. They refuse to acknowledge its ways or stay in its paths.
Job 24:13 NLT

Jesus replied, “My light will shine for you just a little longer. Walk in the light while you can, so the darkness will not overtake you. Those who walk in the darkness cannot see where they are going. Put your trust in the light while there is still time; then you will become children of the light.” After saying these things, Jesus went away and was hidden from them.

Money Makes Makers

For wisdom is a defense as money is a defense, But the excellence of knowledge is that wisdom gives life to those who have it.

Ecclesiastes 7:12 NKJV

Like Moses, God desires to use the musician's staff.
Not a stick; but five lines and four spaces.

But now bring me a musician.” And when the musician played, the hand of the Lord came upon him.
2 Kings 3:15 ESV

One of the young men said, “Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite who is a skillful musician, a brave and competent man, a warrior, discerning (prudent, eloquent) in speech, and a handsome man; and the Lord is with him.”
1 Samuel 16:18 AMP

Lord, please help me to use my gifts to make even the angels dance and not have demons prance.

... because even the magician's staff behaved like that of Aaron briefly...

Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and did as the Lord had commanded. Aaron threw his staff down in front of Pharaoh and his officials, and it became a large snake.
Then Pharaoh sent for his wise men and sorcerers. These Egyptian magicians did the same thing using their magic spells.
Each of them threw his staff down, and they all became large snakes. But Aaron’s staff swallowed theirs.

God never needs to:

move to arrive, arrive to be in time, be early to be on time.

It is beautiful how God has done everything at the right time. He has put a sense of eternity in people’s minds. Yet, mortals still can’t grasp what God is doing from the beginning to the end ⌞of time⌟.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 GW

But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

The more you engage,

How can he believe he has a brain he's never seen, yet find space in it to nurse the idea that the God he can not see, doesn't exist?

Godless fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” They are corrupt. They do disgusting things. There is no one who does good things.

Psalms 14:1 GW
