There are moments when silence is not neutral.

When a decision is needed, a question is waiting, or clarity could change the outcome, silence can create more uncertainty than an imperfect answer.

Communication is not always about having the perfect words. Sometimes, it is simply about having the courage to respond.

When a response is urgently needed, silence can be deafening.
