#ThoughtLeadership | 013 | Progress

Standing still can feel like progress when we compare ourselves only with where we were yesterday. But the world around us keeps moving.

In leadership, business, and personal growth, maintaining the status quo while others are learning, adapting, and improving can leave us falling behind.

We don't always have to make a giant leap. Sometimes, we simply need to keep learning, refining our skills, and taking intentional steps forward.

Progress isn't just about avoiding backward steps; it's about refusing to stand still while the world moves forward.

A car doesn’t only retrogress when it’s put in the reverse gear; relative to others in motion, it’s retrogressing if it’s not accelerating.
