28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “BE fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

The
first instruction God gave the man He created wasn’t to “DO” or “HAVE” but to
“BE”.
Before
the mandate to fill (do), subdue (do) or have dominion, was the mandate to be.
12 But
as many as received him, to them gave he power to BEcome the sons of God, even
to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood,
nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
- John 1:12-13 (KJV, emphasis mine)
Those
who become, are empowered to perform.
Perhaps
this is another reason we’re called “Human BEings” – we are perpetually
becoming; our fruits lend credence to our state per time.

Take care to live in me, and let me live in you. For a branch can’t produce
fruit when severed from the vine. Nor can you be fruitful apart from me. 5
“Yes, I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in me and I in him
shall produce a large crop of fruit. For apart from me you can’t do a thing.

Those
who remain connected, remain fruitful and productive;
Those
who are productive, dominate. (Matthew 25:23)
10 And
hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

God-made leaders are BEing enthroned in this season.
May
this first month and new year, mark the BEginning of a new level of DOMINION indeed!
