Structure follows strategy, not the reverse.
Steps to successfully executing strategy
1. Determine the organizational structure needed
2. Identify skill sets needed in each position
3. Create/Update job descriptions
4. Assess current employees to determine who fits
5. Establish a budget for training and development
6. Create individual development plans for each employee
7. Determine new employees needed, and recruit
